Superior Tile and Remodel LLC in Steilacoom

Bathroom Remodeling Built for Steilacoom Homes

Many Steilacoom homes were built between 1970 and 1999, and mid-century houses from 1940 to 1969 are also common. Bathrooms from those eras often hide old drywall, plywood subfloors, and cast-iron or fiberglass tubs set in tight alcoves. We plan shower replacements and tub-to-shower conversions around what is behind the walls before tile goes up.

Historic Steilacoom has older properties near the downtown core, where framing and floor levels can vary. Our bathroom tile installation work accounts for uneven subfloors and different bathroom layouts so the finished floor drains correctly and the tile sits flat.

Heated floors suit Steilacoom's coastal climate, where damp mornings make a warm tile floor a practical upgrade. We pair heated floor installs with shower tile and fixture replacement so the whole room is finished in one project.

Slavik and his team did a great job on our shower. They were clean and quick. Process was very simple, they helped with design and picking out the tile. Not my cheapest bid but we’re glad we went with them. Would totally recommend to anyone looking for a great shower

Slavic and his crew did a great job demo-ing my old bathroom and installing the new one. It is not only beautiful but also safer for me as I am disabled and needed wheelchair access .The tile work is excellent and the entire job was completed to our total satisfaction. I highly recommend Superior Tile and Remodel for kitchen and bath remodels and would hire them againn.

These guys came over when i asked for an estimate for my old bathroom. Slavik was super knowledgeable about the work. Very professional and polite throughout the entire process. The crew cleaned up at the end of the day nicely. Im very happy about how the experience was and how the bathroom came out. They werent the cheapest option, but very reasonable . They gave us a 3 year warranty on their work. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing their bathroom redone.

We absolutely love how our bathroom turned out. Slav and his crew are very respectful and professional. Slav, although young, has a great deal of knowledge and was a helpful guide when deciding on materials to purchase for our bathroom. His prices are very reasonable compared to other quotes we received and the quality of work is phenomenal. We couldn’t be anymore happier and are so thankful that we went with Superior Tile and Remodel.
